The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions conducted through our website and by accessing or placing an order on this website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse through our online shop and click on whatever you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. Once you have completed your selection, you will be asked for a few details which we will need to process your order. Verouge will not pass your details onto third parties.
Telephone Orders
We are happy to accept orders over the telephone. Please call 01323 749688, our shop opening times are Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 4.30pm, if you call outside these times please leave a short message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Payment
All payments to our site are made through the secure gateway of Paypal. You will be transferred to the secure online payment facility site of Paypal for your online payment. We do not have access to your card or financial details at any time.
Pricing & Availabilty
All products are priced in £ sterling excluding delivery. We reserve the right to chenge prices at any time, all products are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. If for whatever reason your order cannot be completed, we will contact you and offer you an alternative or refund, whichever you prefer.
We also reserve the right to decline any order.
Product Details
All products will have a photo and description, these are for reference only and should therefore be considered illustrative.
Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. We are happy to refund your purchase within 14 days subject to our terms and conditions.
- Ensure your original receipt/packing slip which came with your order is enclosed in your return parcel.
- Please re-package the item very carefully and securely and use an assured parcel delivery service, making sure that the postage is fully paid.
- Items returned must be in their original condition, unworn and as new with all labels & tags attached, including any boxes and/or gift bag packaging.
- In cases where Verouge recieves returned items that are either: soiled, damaged, with odour, or appear to have been washed, repaired or cleaned ~ no refund shall be given.
- Verouge reserve the right to refuse returned items in which we believe are not in their original condition.
- Returned items that are recieved without an original receipt, no refund can be given.
- Any goods returned to us after 28 days will not be accepted.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unfortunately Verouge cannot refund postage charges for returning items, nor can we reimburse original postage or shipping costs.
Verouge cannot take any responsibility for packages lost in transit, where the item has become damaged in transit or where the postage is unpaid.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Verouge, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs including but not limited to, legal fees arising from your use of this website or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Variation
Verouge shall have the right in our absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the services and/or any page of this website.
Law And Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdictions of the English courts.
